Family Reunion Committee Breakdown

These teams were assigned at the family meeting. If you would like to volunteer to help in any of these groups please send an e-mail to graytfamily@gmail.com and we will add you to the team!

Dear Family Members,

   It’s amazing that the years fly by so quickly, and it’s about time we get together for a fun-filled family reunion. We will be getting together with near and distant relatives for the weekend of July 4^th, 2012, in Hawthorne, NV. We are urging everyone to make hotel reservations at the El Capitan. We are also in the midst of planning potluck meals, games, and other activities to celebrate our coming together. This is sure to be a time of many laughs, catching up, reminiscing, and memory making. 

    In lieu of all of the preparation and planning we have created a Gray family website to keep all up to date with the reunion plans. Please visit, Graytfamily.blogspot.com for recent updates. 

   We are also asking for $25 per person fee to help cover expenses related to the bbq, dinner, and events we have planned. You can deposit your $25 into the Gray family reunion account. You can mail in your check or money order to:

El Capitan- Hotel for Reunion

Gray Family Reunion 2012

The votes are in and it looks like JULY is the winner. Now that we have nailed down a month, we need to move on to location.  Word on the street is the top runner is Hawthorne. Send your ideas to Graytfamily@gmail.com. After we pin down the location we can move onto activities, start thinking about fun things we can do and send those along to the same e-mail.
